11th Flatrock Penitential Pilgrimage 2013

This 11th pilgrimage dedicated to the persecuted Christians in the Middle East

Why be a pilgrim ?

Why make THIS pilgrimage ?

Other pilgrims tell you why they attend ...

( If you've been a pilgrim, tell us your story here )

Thank you so much ... The pictures are awesome and the captions priceless!! I really liked the ones of the two little pilgrims. The Martin family is one that I cherish! Gerard and I look forward to this pilgrimage every Fall since Angelo told us about it four years ago. I have experienced personal emotional healings and awakenings on each of the four pilgrimages that I attended. I thank you so much for all that you do to make this possible.
God Bless,

The photos of the Pilgrimage to Flatrock are really beautiful. It brought us back to that beautiful day again, and the privilege of having Archbishop Carew there, as well as the sacrament of Reconciliation being available, followed by the celebration of Holy Mass and Benediction.
We have forwarded these to Mother Teresa's Missionary of Charity Brothers in Rome, (with whom we volunteer in their shelter for homeless men for the past 5 yrs, for approx 6 months) as well as to all our families.
What an incredible view of God's creation and what a beautiful Grotto of our Lady of Lourdes and the very place where our beloved Pope John Paul II stood.
Thank you all for making this day possible as we all strive for holiness. As Mother Teresa said, 'Holiness is not the luxury of the few, but the simple duty of you and me.'
Let us continue to pray ...
